I Am A Seasonal Chef
I really only make chili once per year on Superbowl Sunday. Firing up the grill on the first warm day of spring is a special event. Smoothies are only tasty in the heat of summer, and the crock pot is reserved for cooler winter weather. Even certain foods are seasonal items for me. Pumpkin is reserved for fall months while strawberries scream spring. Welcome to my kitchen, weather I am cooking in the 12 SF kitchen in our RV or my kitchen at home, I am always trying new recipes.
