Cass Scenic Railroad State Park

We do so much together and I love seeing new and beautiful things with my hubby but sometimes it’s nice to venture out with the girls solo and I do that quite often. This time it was hubbies turn. They rode off on their bikes and spent the week on the road. The trip itself was not something he would have set out to do on his own, he was helping a buddy check off a bucket list item, a motorcycle touring weekend to Snowshoe, West Virginia. From what I saw, they had a great time. I was so excited when he got home because he had been gone so long, but even more excited when we started going through all the photos he had taken. My hubby is not a normally a picture taker, so when I asked him to take a bunch for me, I was only expecting a few. He surprised me as usual, and came home with a ton of great shots. I know he took them just for me, it’s just one of those little things he does to remind me he still loves me. I have to admit, the 4.5 hour round trip ride to Bald Knob on the Durbin Rocket had me wishing I was there. This scenic train ride will just have to go on my bucket list! Make sure to check out his photos and let him know what a great job he did!
